Hey There! Welcome
Where do I even start? I guess the truth is, my love for photography and videography has always been there. Long before I ever thought about business plans, branding, or turning creativity into a career, I was just a kid who was completely fascinated by capturing moments.
Growing up, I used to help my Mam organise her school prom. She worked in a school, and every year I’d go along with her to help out. One of her friends would be there too, and her husband was the photographer. I remember watching him work, I was completely obsessed by what he was doing.
The way he framed shots, the way people lit up in front of the camera I just never thought I would find it so interesting as much as I did, but being young I thought I would never be able to afford a camera to take this up as a hobby, It just all fascinated me.
I was young, but something about it stuck with me. I didn’t realise it then, but that was the very beginning of my creative journey.
Then fast forward a couple years later sadly, my Mam’s friend’s husband later lost his life to cancer. Before he passed, he left his camera to me, I was so humbled by this. Even now, writing that still feels emotional. I still have that camera to this day. Although I don’t do photography anymore, I will forever be grateful for that gift and would never get rid of that camera. That camera wasn’t just a piece of equipment, it was an opportunity. It gave me a chance to be creative in a way I might never have otherwise.
I just love the process of the filming, editing and seeing a video form into something special.
Then as I grew older and went through school, my creativity expanded further. I started creating videos using green screens, experimenting with effects, edits, and storytelling. I absolutely loved it. The process of turning an idea into something visual felt natural to me. I wasn’t just making videos, I was creating worlds, telling stories, and expressing myself in ways words alone couldn’t.
At the time, I didn’t see it as anything more than something I enjoyed doing.
I didn’t realise that these small moments helping at a prom, watching a photographer work, receiving a camera, experimenting with video were quietly shaping what I really wanted to do, I just love being behind that camera. They were laying the foundation for the business I would one day create.
Starting this business wasn’t a random decision. It came from years of passion, curiosity, creativity, and experiences that shaped what I really wanted to do and could see me doing it as a career. It came from a deep love for visual storytelling and a desire to create meaningful work.
This business is more than just what I do, it’s a reflection of where I’ve come from and why I believe in following what lights you up.
This blog is the start of sharing that my journey, and my business? It’s the result of choosing to honour that passion and finally betting on myself.

Our Wedding Day: Planning, Passion, and Letting Go
Back in 2024, it was one of the most exciting years of my life. Everything was building up to one incredibly special moment my wedding day. After more than three years of saving, planning, and imagining what it would all look like, it finally felt real.
I remember feeling a constant sense of anticipation, watching everything slowly come together piece by piece.
Planning a wedding is often described as stressful, and honestly, that’s completely true. Was it stressful? Absolutely. But at the same time, I genuinely loved the process. There was something so rewarding about seeing ideas turn into reality choosing the details, organising the day, and imagining how everything would look and feel. Every decision, big or small, felt meaningful because it was all part of creating a day that reflected us.
When the day finally arrived, it was everything I had hoped for. Everything came together perfectly. The atmosphere, the people, the details everyone looked incredible, and there was such a strong sense of love and happiness throughout the day.
It’s hard to put into words just how special it felt to see something you’ve envisioned for so long actually happen.
Being autistic added another layer to the whole experience, one that shaped both the planning process and the day itself. For me, prediction is key. I find comfort in knowing what to expect, in having a clear structure, and in being able to mentally prepare for what’s ahead. In many ways, this worked to my advantage when planning the wedding. I was organised, detail-focused, and able to think ahead about how everything should run. It helped me stay on top of things and ensured that nothing important was overlooked.
But at the same time, that need for predictability can also bring challenges. Weddings, by nature, are full of moving parts, emotions, and moments you simply can’t control. No matter how much you plan, there are always elements of the unexpected. For someone like me, that uncertainty can feel overwhelming.
There’s a constant balancing act between wanting everything to go exactly as imagined and learning to accept that not everything can be predicted or controlled.
In the lead-up to the day, there were moments where the pressure felt intense. Not because I didn’t love what I was doing, but because I cared so much about getting it right. I had built such a clear picture in my mind of how everything should be, and I wanted it to match that vision perfectly.
Looking back now, I realise that while planning and structure were important, it was the moments I couldn’t predict that made the day truly special.
The emotions, the laughter, the small unexpected memories—those were the things that stayed with me the most. My wedding day taught me something valuable. While planning and preparation bring comfort, it’s okay to let go a little. Not everything has to be perfect to be meaningful.
Sometimes, the beauty of a moment lies in the fact that you didn’t see it coming.
And honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing.
Through My Autistic Lens
Being autistic can be extremely overwhelming and challenging, especially when you work in an industry like mine. As a videographer, I am constantly attending social events, meeting new people, and putting myself out there.
While I genuinely enjoy what I do, there are times when these situations can feel incredibly daunting.
For many autistic people, social interactions don't always come naturally. There are moments when masking trying to hide autistic traits to fit in—can be exhausting. Some days it's harder than others, but I've learned that stepping outside of my comfort zone is part of my personal and professional growth. It isn't always easy, but every event, every conversation, and every project helps me build confidence. Despite the challenges, I wouldn't change what I do because videography is more than a job to me it's my passion.
Having autism does not limit my abilities. If anything, it motivates me to work even harder and strive to be the best version of myself. I see the world differently, and I believe that different perspective allows me to tell stories in a unique and meaningful way. Autism has shaped who I am, but it has never defined what I can achieve.
One of the proudest moments in my journey came in 2025 when I decided to create a documentary about autism. It wasn't just about explaining what autism is; it was about sharing how it impacts my life and my family. I wanted people to see the reality behind the diagnosis—the challenges, the strengths, and everything in between. My goal was to help others understand autism from a personal perspective and, hopefully, make people feel less alone.
The documentary also explored another topic that is incredibly important to me: mental health. Throughout my life, there have been times when my mental health has been challenging. I know I am not alone in that experience. Every one of us will face difficult moments, whether that's anxiety, depression, stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed.
Mental health is something that affects us all in different ways, and it should never be ignored or treated as a taboo subject.
I believe that talking about mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness. It takes courage to open up about how you're feeling. By sharing our experiences, we remind others that they are not alone and that it's okay to ask for help. Sometimes, one honest conversation can make all the difference.
My journey with autism has opened doors I never imagined possible. It has allowed me to create meaningful work, connect with incredible people, and inspire others to embrace who they are. If my story encourages just one person to follow their passion, speak openly about their mental health, or see autism in a different light, then I know I've achieved something worthwhile.
Being autistic is part of who I am, but it is not the limit of who I can become. It is simply one chapter of my story and I can't wait to see what the next chapter holds.
