SHOWCASED

2026

Autism and Me is a powerful real-life documentary premiering in the summer of 2026, dedicated to raising awareness and understanding around autism and mental health. The documentary shines a light on the everyday experiences of individuals living with autism, while highlighting the critical role mental health plays in navigating the unique challenges autism can bring.

In partnership with the National Autistic Society and Mind, this film seeks not only to inform but also to inspire greater compassion, support, and inclusion within our communities. This deeply personal film offers an emotional and unfiltered look into the lived experiences of individuals with autism, exploring the often-overlooked connection between autism and mental health. It captures both the difficult and uplifting moments, the isolation, the misunderstanding, the resilience, and the strength with raw honesty and heart.

As the founder of Visual Motion and someone who is autistic, this documentary is a reflection of my own journey, combining my passion for storytelling with a mission to foster understanding and inclusion.

The charity evening will include a red carpet welcome, the premiere screening of the film, all aimed at raising vital funds and awareness.

Autism and Me is more than a documentary; it's a call for compassion, a celebration of neurodiversity, and a step toward a more inclusive society. Through this film and event, we hope to break down stigma, open up honest conversations, and give a voice to those who too often go unheard.

Growing up autistic means experiencing the world through a unique lens, one that often doesn’t align with what others expect or understand. Autism and Me is a deeply personal and unfiltered window into my life, offering an honest portrayal of what it’s truly like to live with autism.

It explores the daily struggles, the hidden strengths, and the quiet resilience that define so many autistic experiences. These are real stories, filled with genuine challenges and powerful moments of growth and self-discovery.

This documentary is for those who feel misunderstood, for those seeking to better understand, and for anyone who needs to hear that they are not alone.

I’m incredibly excited to share both my challenges and achievements with the world and to show that having a disability does not define your limits. Through this documentary, I hope to prove that no matter the obstacles, you can still achieve your goals and create something meaningful.
